Eli loves playing the drums! #musicalfuture
Last Friday my parents took me and my family to the circus. It was my Dad’s first time as well as the first time for my kids. The night started out with them asking all of the children in the audience to come down into the ring so that they could try some circus tricks. Sienna loved going down there. The rest of the night consisted of a TON of acrobatics along with some comic relief from the clown.
You can’t get much more “geek” than this!
Here’s a video showing how Google Wallet works.
I finally got the update for my Nexus S 4G last night that enables the Google Wallet app. Excited to try it out, especially since Google is giving away $10 in prepaid cards at the moment.
Currently playing with Microsoft’s new Windows 8 Developer Preview. So far, I can’t stand the Metro UI. I don’t see it being practical on a non-touchscreen computer.
I thought that I’d try out Lightworks to edit this countdown timer. I’m going to start using this software for all of my video editing. I love it!

As I posted earlier, Laura was able to get some tickets to the taping of Conan on March 10th. (The day before my birthday.) We got there about 20 minutes after the check-in had started and were lucky to get a seat. Note to self: next time, arrive before check-in. After checking in, we had to wait in the holding area, A.K.A. the lower level of the parking garage, for a few hours before they herded us, like cattle, over to the studio where the taping takes place. You can see in this picture where we were in the audience.
We had a great time and would totally do it again. I love you Laura! Thank you for my awesome birthday present!!!
